Accepted Answer

The campaign must reach 100% of its funding target for BioPalace to transfer the funds to the company.

If the target is not met, the campaign will be canceled and all committed funds will be returned to all investors free of charge.

How does BioPalace ensure the efficiency and transparency of companies listed on the platform?

At BioPalace, every project undergoes a thorough review process before being published, to help ensure the integrity and credibility of the opportunities we present.

Once funded, each company is required to provide quarterly progress reports, giving investors visibility into how the project is advancing. In addition, every listed project must have at least one reference investor involved, serving as a trusted party to help monitor execution.

While BioPalace does not directly manage the operations of portfolio companies, we are committed to supporting transparency. If you ever have concerns about a company you’ve invested in, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

What guarantees can BioPalace offer that the projects published will be profitable?

BioPalace cannot guarantee profitability. Like most investments, including public markets, royalty-based investments in medicines carry risk. What we can offer is a rigorous evaluation and screening process designed to select projects with strong scientific, financial, and commercial potential.

Every project submitted to BioPalace goes through multiple layers of review:

1. Scientific & Commercial Review – External experts and our internal team assess the validity of the underlying science, the development stage, and the market opportunity.
2. Investment Committee Review – Feedback is combined with strategic and business input from advisors to decide whether the project is fit for listing.
3. Due Diligence – We conduct financial checks to verify assumptions, valuations, and royalty structures, as well as intellectual property reviews to confirm ownership and protection.
4. Documentation Verification – All campaign materials are reviewed for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with investor expectations.
5. Founder & Team Screening – We validate the backgrounds of company leaders, including professional, financial, and legal checks, to ensure integrity.

Only projects that successfully pass this multi-step process are listed on BioPalace. While no investment can be risk-free, our objective is to provide investors with access to high-quality, credible, and transparent opportunities in medicine royalties.
