Refund policy.

The BioPalace public website (biopalace.com) does not offer paid products or paid services for purchase. White papers, industry briefings, and other educational materials made available on the public Site are provided free of charge. There is therefore no refund to be processed in connection with anything purchased through the public Site.

Investments made through any BioPalace-syndicated offering are not retail purchases and are not governed by this Refund Policy. All investor subscription terms — including rescission rights, withdrawal procedures, cancellation windows, and any return of subscription funds — are set out exclusively in the offering documents delivered to verified accredited investors at the time of subscription (including any private placement memorandum and subscription agreement). Those documents control in the event of any conflict with statements made on the public Site.

If BioPalace introduces paid products or services on the public Site in the future (for example, premium research subscriptions), refund terms applicable to those products will be disclosed at the point of purchase and will govern in lieu of this section.
