These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at biopalace.com and any related pages, subdomains, content, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

The Site contains information regarding private investment opportunities that are available exclusively to persons who qualify as “accredited investors” as defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. By using the Site you represent that, to the extent you intend to participate in any investment opportunity, you meet such qualifications and will successfully complete an independent verification process prior to receiving offering materials.

BioPalace may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
